Rosie has a special interest in helping ageing athletes, busy professionals, and women navigate the physical changes of perimenopause and menopause.
As a competitive soccer player and avid golfer, Rosie understands the importance of maintaining strength, mobility, and power to continue doing the activities you love as you age. She believes exercise is one of the most effective tools for improving physical health, mental well-being, and quality of life.
