She has completed numerous continuing education courses; the most recent of which are: Girls Gone Strong Menopause Coaching Course, Optimum Performance Training (Fitness Coaching Mastery and Program Design) and Precision Nutrition Level 1.

Michelle is a BCRPA and ACE certified Personal Trainer and yoga instructor with a focus on a holistic approach to health and wellness. With a Bachelor of Psychology and Masters of Global and Public Health, Michelle has a broad educational background in health. Motivated to stay current with research and new methodologies, Michelle combines this knowledge with experience to develop programs and innovative approaches to training adapted to each individual’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. She has a keen interest in nutrition and meditation and is currently pursuing a designation as a Registered Massage Therapist to better support her clients in recovery and rehabilitation. Michelle’s focus is on making exercise fun and easy to incorporate into daily life and is known for her positive and encouraging attitude. In her own time, she loves climbing, running, snowboarding and multi-day hikes with a passion for strength training, yoga and functional mobility to support her active lifestyle.

Her coaching combines evidence-based strength training, practical nutrition, and sustainable habits to improve strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term health. Rosie has a special interest in helping ageing athletes, busy professionals, and women navigate the physical changes of perimenopause and menopause.

As a competitive soccer player and avid golfer, Rosie understands the importance of maintaining strength, mobility, and power to continue doing the activities you love as you age. She believes exercise is one of the most effective tools for improving physical health, mental well-being, and quality of life.

Rosie’s mission is to empower clients through education, purposeful training, and lasting habits so they can feel stronger, move with confidence, and stay active for years to come.
