A certified Personal Training Specialist with Canadian Fitness Professionals, Lindsay works with clients’ individual goals and needs, with a strong focus on functional strength. She received her Kinesiology Diploma in 2005 and has been a full-time Personal Trainer for the past 7 years. Lindsay takes great pride in helping people change their lifestyles, increasing energy levels, improving balance, mobility, posture, relieving pain, gaining strength, and ultimately improving their quality of life. Michelle is a BCRPA and ACE certified Personal Trainer and yoga instructor with a focus on a holistic approach to health and wellness. With a Bachelor of Psychology and Masters of Global and Public Health, Michelle has a broad educational background in health. Motivated to stay current with research and new methodologies, Michelle combines this knowledge with experience to develop programs and innovative approaches to training adapted to each individual’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. She has a keen interest in nutrition and meditation and is currently pursuing a designation as a Registered Massage Therapist to better support her clients in recovery and rehabilitation. Michelle’s focus is on making exercise fun and easy to incorporate into daily life and is known for her positive and encouraging attitude. In her own time, she loves climbing, running, snowboarding and multi-day hikes with a passion for strength training, yoga and functional mobility to support her active lifestyle.

As an active competitive soccer player and a golf enthusiast, she understands the importance of improving strength, and functional mobility as we age. Through continuous learning and a focus on science-backed training methodologies, Rosie ensures her clients benefit from proven techniques. She believes exercise is key to improving the quality of life and creates purposeful, fun, and welcoming training environments. Whether it’s enhancing everyday movement or boosting athletic performance, Rosie makes fitness enjoyable and empowers her clients to thrive.
