Michelle is a BCRPA and ACE certified Personal Trainer and yoga instructor with a focus on a holistic approach to health and wellness. With a Bachelor of Psychology and Masters of Global and Public Health, Michelle has a broad educational background in health. Motivated to stay current with research and new methodologies, Michelle combines this knowledge with experience to develop programs and innovative approaches to training adapted to each individual’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. She has a keen interest in nutrition and meditation and is currently pursuing a designation as a Registered Massage Therapist to better support her clients in recovery and rehabilitation. Michelle’s focus is on making exercise fun and easy to incorporate into daily life and is known for her positive and encouraging attitude. In her own time, she loves climbing, running, snowboarding and multi-day hikes with a passion for strength training, yoga and functional mobility to support her active lifestyle.
