Liz is a certified coach through the OPEX Coaching Certificate Program. She has spent over 10 years in the fitness industry, coaching in individual, small group, and class settings. Her coaching philosophy is to lead with empathy, be a fitness guide, and to help clients find confidence in movement and in their bodies. She has completed numerous continuing education courses; the most recent of which are: Girls Gone Strong Menopause Coaching Course, Optimum Performance Training (Fitness Coaching Mastery and Program Design) and Precision Nutrition Level 1.
